Four Seasons Realty opened its doors in Fort Walton Beach, Florida in 1976. Originally owned and operated by India Schor/Real Estate Broker as Four Seasons Realty Inc.

 

Cynthia (Cindy) Sheldon/Real Estate Broker came aboard in 1990 and operated the rental department for 21 years, while building the rental department. In 2011 Cindy purchased the business from India and tweaked the name a bit as it became known as Four Seasons Realty of NWFL (Northwest Florida) LLC. But still well known as Four Seasons Realty!

 

Cindy continues to manage the rental department with approximately 70 rentals and sells over a million dollars in real estate every year for buyers and sellers and enjoys every minute with her clients.

 

India Schor continues to operate as a broker/sales person in the company and enjoys living in both Fort Walton Beach and Hawaii where she is active in remodeling and real estate.

 

And introducing Nathaly, the newest member of our real estate team. Coming from a background of Short Term Rentals and financial planning. She brings with her knowledge of marketing, determination and insite into todays real estate world.
